Join Brighton Center, Kentucky Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP), Legal Aid of the Bluegrass,
and Kentucky State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) for their Senior Savings Sign-Up event.
Staff will be available to screen people for healthcare and food assistance benefits that can keep your money in your wallet where it belongs!
*These benefits are all based on income level, so some
documentation is needed in order to screen for eligibility.

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP): SNAP provides funding for healthy food loaded onto an EBT card.
-Documents: ID, proof of address, proof of income
Medicare Extra Help: Extra Help assists Medicare Part D beneficiaries save on the costs of related to their medications.
-Documents: proof of income, ID, pension statement
Medicare Savings Program: MSPs help Medicarebeneficiaries pay Part A and B premium costs and more.
-Documents: proof of income, ID, asset information
