Join us on our Summer Reading Adventure with Raptor Inc. Get Up Close and Personal with 3 live rescued avian ambassadors, and learn about the adaptations which make birds of prey supreme hunters of the sky. This program will focus on owls native to our area. Participants will learn about raptor diets, habitats, nesting habits and their role in the food web, as well as other interesting topics. Touchable artifacts (such as wings, feet, pellets, etc.) and recorded vocalizations will be available. No touching of the birds is permitted. Adventurers of all ages are invited to participate.
