Genealogy Database Directory:

We now have available online, databases that include the death index for the Falmouth Outlook and earlier papers.  These papers date back to 1877 with issues prior to 1907 being few and far between.  For newspapers prior to 1907, we also have a marriage and a birth index availableWhile the indexes for the early papers are complete, the Falmouth Outlook is a work in process and will be updatedAdditionally, we also have available the Enslaved Persons in Pendleton County database.  This, too, is a work in process and will be updated as we have more to share.  In the future we hope to have more genealogy information on our website.

Kentucky Adult Education

GED Skills Improvement Classes will no longer be offered at PCPL. The services offered at PCPL by Kentucky Adult Education will now be a GED Access Point. Students can call the same number, 859-412-7635, and schedule an appointment to meet with Joanna Surgener.  She will explain the program via orientation, and start assessment testing. Students who are ready will then begin the GED testing process. After the assessment, students who have instructional needs will be counseled and be given an individual learning plan which may include access to online studies and the option to come to the Grant County center for face to face instruction.

Kentucky Court of Justice:

These forms are provided as a convenience to individuals with legal business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky to assist them in their official capacities or their pursuit of justice. Some forms require assistance from the local county attorney or commonwealth's attorney. Many will have no legal effect unless signed by the appropriate judge. The proper use and handling of these legal forms is important. Improper use of a form, or alteration of a form (beyond mere completion) without removal of the seal of the Commonwealth and the AOC form number, is prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.

You can view our Library Catalog by clicking the blue button. Using this database, users can:

  • Browse: Instantly loads most recent holdings added to the library collection. Once you reach this section, you can use multiple drop down menus to help search for more specific items.
  • DVDs: Same as Browse, but instead of books, you can see what movies are in our collection. (You will have to choose the drop down menu for Date Acquired to see the newest titles first.)
