These forms are provided as a convenience to individuals with legal business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky to assist them in their official capacities or their pursuit of justice. Some forms require assistance from the local county attorney or commonwealth’s attorney. Many will have no legal effect unless signed by the appropriate judge. The proper use and handling of these legal forms is important. Improper use of a form, or alteration of a form (beyond mere completion) without removal of the seal of the Commonwealth and the AOC form number, is prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.

You can view our Library Catalog by clicking the blue button. Using this database, users can:

  • Browse: Instantly loads most recent holdings added to the library collection. Once you reach this section, you can use multiple drop down menus to help search for more specific items.
  • DVDs: Same as Browse, but instead of books, you can see what movies are in our collection. (You will have to choose the drop down menu for Date Acquired to see the newest titles first.)
  • My Account: This area lets you update your password, view items you have on loan, renew your books, and cancel reserves.
  • Email Library: From here you can submit general inquiries, book requests, etc.
  • Ability to reserve items that are currently available and those that are checked out.  Once your items have been reserved, we can pull them and have them waiting for you at the desk or through the drive thru.

Techboomers.com is a free educational website that teaches older adults and other inexperienced Internet users with basic computer skills about websites that can help improve their quality of life.

Techboomers provides three main services:

  1. Techboomers introduces users to trusted new websites and Internet-based applications through an easy-to-navigate directory and targeted emails based on their interests.
  2. Techboomers provides free video and article tutorials in a language suited to those who may not be the most tech-savvy. These tutorials teach the easiest and most efficient ways to use the websites, as well as how these websites can improve one’s quality of life.

From technical courses on computer software to digital photography to babysitting 101, a huge range of topics is available. More than 500 courses are available, and all are designed and led by professional instructors to build deeper understanding and mastery of subject matter.
